With a warm smile and a passion for helping others, I love making every patient feel comfortable, supported, and cared for! As a Medical Assistant and Surgery Scheduler for Dr. Roham, I help make the healthcare and surgical experience easier from start to finish.
From coordinating appointments and scheduling procedures to assisting patients and answering questions, I’m always happy to help keep things organized and running smoothly. I believe that kindness, communication, and attention to detail can make a big difference in a patient’s experience.
I truly enjoy being part of a team that makes a difference in people’s lives, and I’m committed to bringing a positive attitude and caring energy to every patient interaction. My goal is simple: to make every patient feel welcomed, informed, and confident in their care! 💕

Bringing a unique perspective to Dr. Roham’s team, Heather was a patient before she was an employee; so she speaks from firsthand experience about the incredible care Dr. Roham and his staff provide. That personal connection fuels her passion for helping every patient feel confident and supported.
Heather holds a degree in Health Science and Kinesiology from California State University, Fullerton. She has spent the past 25 years in the entertainment industry as a performer, choreographer, and director; working with major companies like Starbucks and the Disneyland Resort. Her background allows her to bring energy, organization, and a bright personality to the practice every day, helping create an experience that’s as welcoming as it is professional.
